Job Description
Nurse Supervisor Contract Role
- Location: Rochester NY 14621
- Pay Rate: $68 - $74/hr
- Shift: Evening/Night (E/N) Monday Friday & Day/Night (D/N) Saturday Sunday
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to nursing staff across multiple units.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate shift operations and staffing across a 400 bed facility.
- Serve as an administrative liaison between units during off-hours.
- Participate in rounding issue resolution and emergency response.
- Float as needed across departments to meet operational needs.
- Active RN license (NY State)
- AHA BLS & ACLS Certifications (must be current)
- Minimum 3 years of Nurse Supervisor or Nursing Leadership experience
- Experience working in a facility with 400 beds.
- Locals accepted - local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 75 miles.
