Construction Scheduler
Richardson TX
Full - Time / Direct Hire
About:
We are looking for a Scheduler with solid experience in Primavera P6 project controls and construction scheduling. This role involves managing project schedules from start to finish ensuring they align with client goals and working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop update and manage schedules using Primavera P6
  • Coordinate with field teams consultants and clients for schedule accuracy
  • Interpret drawings perform quantity take-offs and create Work Breakdown Structures
  • Work with subcontractors on baseline updates and recovery schedules
  • Monitor project performance analyze variances and prepare executive reports
  • Evaluate impacts delays and claims
  • Participate in internal training sessions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3 5 years in commercial construction scheduling
  • Primavera P6 experience required; certification preferred
  • Proficient in resource loading schedule analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
