Responsibilities
- Develop update and manage schedules using Primavera P6
- Coordinate with field teams consultants and clients for schedule accuracy
- Interpret drawings perform quantity take-offs and create Work Breakdown Structures
- Work with subcontractors on baseline updates and recovery schedules
- Monitor project performance analyze variances and prepare executive reports
- Evaluate impacts delays and claims
- Participate in internal training sessions
- Bachelor s in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 5 years in commercial construction scheduling
- Primavera P6 experience required; certification preferred
- Proficient in resource loading schedule analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
