Title: Scrum Master

Locatiion: St. Louis MO. Onsite

Position Overview / Responsibilities:

Lead and coach one or more Agile software delivery teams

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed

Support backlog refinement sprint planning and daily team operations

Track velocity and team health and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product increments

Foster transparency accountability and a feedback-driven team environment
Required Skills:
-
5 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
-
10 years of experience in technology delivery or software development

Deep understanding of Scrum principles Agile frameworks and scaled environments

Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive delivery focus
-
Familiarity with Jira Azure DevOps or similar tools

Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
