Job Description
Job Profile:
Conduct financial analyses and due diligence on acquisition targets develop financial models and prepare reports for senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data monitor industry trends and support M&A deal negotiations. Assist and ensure data accuracy in the tracking of revenue/expense synergies & integration costs
Preferred skills:
- Proven experience in financial analysis modeling and valuation particularly in an M&A context.
- Proficiency with Excel and Access including links macros database development and forms
- Strong understanding of financial statements accounting principles and valuation techniques
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast-paced environment
- Excellent Excel Word and PowerPoint skills
