Role Overview: The Senior BIM Coordinator will take ownership of the BIM process within a multi-sector environment ensuring that projects from initial concept through to completion are delivered with technical excellence and creative flair. You will be the key point of contact for BIM-related matters ensuring efficient use of Revit and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Your role will be pivotal in shaping project outcomes and driving innovation on projects that matter.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement robust BIM protocols ensuring optimal use of Revit across projects. Coordinate and manage the BIM process providing clear guidance and technical support to architectural teams and external consultants. Liaise closely with project managers design teams and stakeholders to streamline communication and ensure project targets are met. Oversee model development quality control and adherence to industry standards throughout project lifecycles. Identify opportunities to improve processes and integrate new technologies to maintain the practice s competitive edge. Mentor and support junior team members fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrable expertise in Revit with a strong background in BIM coordination across any sector. Comprehensive understanding of BIM plans technical standards and best practices. Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams ensuring clarity and timely delivery of project milestones. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement within dynamic project environments.
