Our client an Epicor Partner working with a leading organization in the Aerospace & Defense industry is seeking a highly experienced Epicor Operations Consultant for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have deep operational knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP a strong background in manufacturing operations and advanced SQL development skills to support the creation and optimization of BAQs BPMs and Dashboards. This is a part-time contract role requiring flexibility and occasional travel for critical project phases.
Provide operational consulting expertise for the client s Epicor Kinetic ERP system with a focus on manufacturing supply chain and production modules.
Design develop and maintain BAQs (Business Activity Queries) BPMs (Business Process Management workflows) and Dashboards to support operational reporting and decision-making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align system configurations and workflows with real-world manufacturing processes.
Identify areas of operational inefficiency and recommend Epicor-based improvements.
Provide guidance during key project milestones (e.g. go-lives audits performance reviews).
Offer training and knowledge transfer to internal staff as needed.
7 years of hands-on Epicor experience with recent work in Epicor Kinetic (ERP 11/12.
Proven experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of Operations Manufacturing and Supply Chain workflows.
Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in developing BAQs BPMs and Dashboards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel periodically for on-site meetings workshops or go-live support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Epicor certifications
Experience with compliance and documentation standards specific to the Defense industry
Familiarity with DOD ITAR or AS9100 requirements
Location: Remote with travel as needed
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract
Hours: 10 15 hours/week (with potential for more during project milestones)
