HR Administrator
Location: Remote (LATAM or South Africa)
Compensation:
- LATAM: $1400-$1700 USD/month
- South Africa: $1200 $1600 USD/month

Schedule: Full-time Overlap with Canadian business hours required
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our growing operations team. As a key member of our administrative backbone you will handle various HR functions including recruitment coordination onboarding compliance documentation employee record-keeping and general HR support across our locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment has a knack for organization and understands the unique nuances of workforce management in service-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate recruitment efforts including posting jobs scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and exits as well as ongoing engagement management.
- Maintain and organize compliance-related documents including contracts certifications and training records
- Track employee performance reviews and coordinate reminders for performance appraisals
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences bonuses leaves etc.
- Be a point of contact for internal HR-related queries and provide timely support to the team
- Assist with HR reporting and help implement process improvements across the department
- Attend weekly meetings operations meetings online
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Proficient with HRIS systems and cloud-based tools (e.g. Google Workspace/ Google Suites Excel Trello or Asana)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with North American teams is a plus
