Job Description

HR Administrator
Location: Remote (LATAM or South Africa)
Compensation:

  • LATAM: $1400-$1700 USD/month
  • South Africa: $1200 $1600 USD/month


Industry: Facilities Management / Commercial Services
Schedule: Full-time Overlap with Canadian business hours required


About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our growing operations team. As a key member of our administrative backbone you will handle various HR functions including recruitment coordination onboarding compliance documentation employee record-keeping and general HR support across our locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment has a knack for organization and understands the unique nuances of workforce management in service-based businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts including posting jobs scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and exits as well as ongoing engagement management.
  • Maintain and organize compliance-related documents including contracts certifications and training records
  • Track employee performance reviews and coordinate reminders for performance appraisals
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences bonuses leaves etc.
  • Be a point of contact for internal HR-related queries and provide timely support to the team
  • Assist with HR reporting and help implement process improvements across the department
  • Attend weekly meetings operations meetings online


Key Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and cloud-based tools (e.g. Google Workspace/ Google Suites Excel Trello or Asana)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with North American teams is a plus
