Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - SAP S/4HANA
Location: Irvine CA (Onsite No Remote Work)
Contract Duration: July 21 2025 July 24 2026
Mandatory Skills:
- Business Analysis (Strong stakeholder engagement requirement gathering BRD/user story creation)
- SAP Applications (Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules PaPM automation ICMR S4 Allocations)
- Financial/Accounting Knowledge (GAAP IFRS financial reporting compliance)
- Process Documentation (As-Is/To-Be process mapping optimization internal controls)
- Stakeholder & Change Management (UAT training user adoption support)
- System Integration (Experience with Concur HR systems BRIM Fieldglass integrations)
- Project Management Assistance (JIRA task tracking status reporting)
Highly Desired Skills:
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (especially in finance modules)
- Direct experience with SAP PaPM for MJE automation
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Regulatory compliance knowledge (SOX audit controls segregation of duties)
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement Work with finance teams to document pain points needs and goals.
- BRD/User Story Creation Translate business needs into technical requirements for SAP functional consultants.
- Process Analysis & Optimization Define As-Is/To-Be processes identify automation opportunities.
- Change Management Support Assist in training UAT and user adoption.
- System Integration & Data Governance Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems (Concur HR etc..
- Compliance & Risk Analysis Ensure SAP S/4HANA setup meets GAAP/IFRS and audit requirements.
- Project Assistance Support MJE automation in PaPM ICMR/S4 Allocations setup JIRA updates.
