The S4 HANA - CFIN MDG/OTC Banking/Fiori/PTP Banking professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial processes and data governance are integrated seamlessly within the S4 HANA environment. This position is vital for driving effective management of financial operations enhancing customer experience and ensuring regulatory compliance across banking modules. By bridging the gap between technology and business needs the individual is responsible for deploying robust financial data governance strategies and supporting various banking processes to maintain operational excellence. As businesses increasingly rely on data-driven insights this role also focuses on optimizing functionalities like Order to Cash (OTC) Procure to Pay (PTP) and ensuring that business requirements are met through innovative Fiori applications. The S4 HANA specialist works closely with multiple stakeholders to drive projects forward analyze complex datasets and provide solutions that will enhance the organizations efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage S4 HANA CFIN MDG solutions.
- Design and configure OTC Banking processes.
- Coordinate PTP Banking requirements and enhancements.
- Develop and deploy Fiori applications for improved user experience.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and training sessions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues in banking modules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in financial operations.
- Document process flows configurations and key deliverables.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance domain.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in S4 HANA technology.
- Provide expert guidance during system upgrades and implementations.
- Report and analyze financial performance metrics across modules.
- Assist in preparing strategic planning and roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of CFIN MDG and OTC processes.
- Experience in PTP Banking domain.
- Knowledge of Fiori development and implementation.
- Proficient in SAP financial modules and data governance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- Experience with data migration and management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools and frameworks.
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Professional certifications in SAP S4 HANA preferred.
