Retail Pharmacy Trainer
Work Mode: On-site
Location: Chennai & Bangalore
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs for retail pharmacy staff.
- Conduct training sessions on pharmacy operations compliance and customer service.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to pharmacy staff.
- Update training materials to reflect changes in policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
- Ensure all training complies with regulatory standards.
- Develop assessment tools to measure learner outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on best practices in retail pharmacy.
- Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new pharmacy staff.
- Engage with pharmacy teams to reinforce training objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Prepare reports on training programs and outcomes for management.
- Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Proven experience in training and development in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Skills in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Ability to assess training needs effectively.
