Senior Odoo Functional Consultant Minimum 5 Years Experience Required Must Have Delivered at Least 30 Odoo Projects Independently

LocationNasr City Cairo Onsite Position
Working Hours8-Hour Shifts Flexibility within business hours
5 working days/week
Salary$600 $800 net monthly (depending on experience & certifications)

What Youll Be Doing1. Requirement Engineering & Business Mapping
- Conduct workshops with clients to analyze operational challenges
- Translate business requirements into functional flows and module specifications
- Prepare blueprints aligned with Odoo best practices
2. Odoo Implementation & Functional Configuration
- Configure customize and deploy modules (Sales Inventory Accounting HR Projects MRP etc.
- Use Odoo Studio automated actions and server actions smartly (no bloated hacks)
3. Data Migration & Go-Live Testing
- Lead full-cycle data migration from legacy systems to Odoo
- Build and run UAT test cases and deliver clean working environments
4. Training & Client Handover
- Train end-users department-by-department
- Deliver clear manuals session recordings and post-Go-Live support plans
5. Project Ownership & Delivery
- Lead your own implementations
- Report directly to the CTO for quality deadlines and client satisfaction
What You Must Bring
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Odoo Functional Implementation
- Minimum 30 Odoo projects successfully delivered — proven and referenced
- Odoo Certification v16 required v17/v18 is a big plus
- Hands-on in Odoo Studio workflows field automation and inter-module customization
- Strong understanding of business process modeling (UML BPMN preferred)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred But Not Mandatory
- PMP or Agile Project Management Certification
- Background in Accounting Supply Chain or Manufacturing is a plus
- Familiarity with Git staging environments and QA processes
