Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production In-charge to lead our Offset Packaging division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production operations and optimizing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and control manufacturing processes in the offset packaging department
- Manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines and client requirements
- Lead and supervise production staff operators and supervisors
- Maintain optimum utilization of machines and raw materials with minimal waste
- Liaise with procurement design and dispatch teams for smooth workflow
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare production reports and present insights to top management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offset printing/packaging management
- Strong knowledge of machines like Heidelberg KBA Novacut.
- Proven leadership team management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
