About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing company specialising in IT product and service sales. This is a confidential vacancy managed by a recruitment agency offering an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in generating new business and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out outbound prospecting via cold calls emails and social media to engage potential clients.

Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assessing their suitability.

Arranging meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.

Maintaining and updating the HubSpot CRM with accurate lead information and activity notes.

Working closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Keeping up to date with industry trends the competitive landscape and company offerings.

Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

What Were Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in sales business development or a similar role ideally within IT product / service sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently engage with prospects.

Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software (or similar) for efficient lead tracking and management.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
