Job Description

Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Generating enquiries and amp;amp; subsequently new orders of construction materials mainly TMT
Structural Steel etc. from various customers like infrastructure project contractors civil
contractors etc.
Keeping track of various govt. tenders and corresponding contractors approaching them for
sales of construction materials.
Promoting the products and amp;amp; brands to existing and amp;amp; new customers
Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits understanding their needs and
anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Gathering investigating and summarising market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising
Sales reporting and reviewing performance - Working towards achieving the sales target
Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both
Introducing new products to the market
Tracking the competitors
Participate in conferences exhibitions and industry meetups for business development
Desired Work-Experience:
At least 3-5 years experience in sales of Construction Materials segment (TMT bars structural
steel etc.
Understanding of infrastructure and amp;amp; construction segment (mandatory)
Experience of project sales and amp;amp; institutional/project customers (preferred)
Strong understanding and knowledge of sales.
Willingness to work in project sales for construction materials is must.
Desired Educational Qualification:
Graduate from Reputed University
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills
The ability to work under pressure
Desired Behavioural Trait:
Self-motivated Go-getter person
The ability to work under pressure
Setting higher benchmark for self as well as the company
Very good communication skill in English Hindi and amp;amp; concerned regional language
