Tasks & Duties
As a Junior Frontend Developer you will be responsible for transforming creative UI/UX designs into responsive user-friendly web interfaces. Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Developing clean scalable and responsive user interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript and React.
- Converting UI/UX designs (from tools like Figma/Adobe XD) into high-quality functional code.
- Ensuring seamless performance and cross-browser compatibility across all major browsers and devices.
- Maintaining and developing reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
- Working with RESTful APIs to integrate backend data with frontend views.
- Debugging and fixing UI bugs while ensuring accessibility standards are met.
- Optimizing application performance by applying modern web best practices such as lazy loading image optimization and code splitting.
- Managing code using Git and collaborating with the team through version control workflows (branches pull requests merges).
- Participating in daily standups code reviews and sprint planning meetings.
- Keeping up with the latest frontend trends libraries and tools for continuous improvement.
