Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and client-focused Account Manager to manage key accounts and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role involves overseeing complex client portfolios building long-term relationships and acting as a strategic partner to help clients meet their goals. The ideal candidate is proactive solution-oriented and skilled in managing multiple high-level accounts.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value or strategic clients
  • Build maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
  • Understand client goals challenges and business needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment sales and operations teams to deliver timely high-quality solutions
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take prompt action on feedback or concerns
  • Ensure consistent delivery of services that align with client expectations and business objectives
  • Provide strategic advice to help clients improve talent acquisition and operational effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services based on client needs
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications Human Resources Client Management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in client-facing roles such as account management and Client Relationship Business Development Representative Sales Account or similar role
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and sales workflows including lead screening candidate shortlisting and pipeline coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships ensure satisfaction and drive long-term value
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and present effectively
  • Analytical mindset with experience in troubleshooting client issues and interpreting account or performance data
  • Proficient in CRM (e.g. Zoho CRM and Salesforce) and productivity tools (Google Workspace Microsoft 365)
  • Ability to prioritize multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and meet business objectives
  • Strong attention to detail organizational skills and a proactive solution-oriented approach
