Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer - HCV at in Raigarh. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for sales engineering account management and sales activities related to the Commercial Vehicles sector. The role will involve collaborating with clients understanding technical requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing of Mining Trucks.
- Identify the potential customers and close the deal.
- Respond to customer calls in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct analysis and follow up of customer to close the deal.
- Propose changes in product processes or use of materials to reduce cost for company and improve operations.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers to consolidate selling and service effort.
- Collect and analyze market information (customer and competitor) as well as propose appropriate measures.
- Provide input and support in the development and implementation of business plan including budget forecasts sales concepts. If necessary support in the negotiation of settlement of claims.
Requirements

- Account Management experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the Heavy Commercial Vehicles sector
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
