Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on training on Dynatrace capabilities including:
Full-stack monitoring distributed tracing Smartscape topology
Real user monitoring (RUM) synthetic monitoring and log analytics
Davis AI engine for anomaly detection and root cause analysis
Teach integration with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) Kubernetes and CI/CD tools
Guide participants through real-world troubleshooting and performance optimization scenarios
Skills Required:
Proficient in Dynatrace platform setup configuration and dashboarding
Experience with modern DevOps pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure
Familiarity with APM practices SLIs/SLOs and service-level dashboards
Strong training delivery experience with live demos and lab-based sessions
