Job Title: Guidewire Technical Specialist Industry Cloud & Digital
Duration: As per project schedule
Availability: Immediate preferred
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter) and a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and digital transformation in the P&C insurance domain. The ideal candidate will support solution design implementation and integration of Guidewire products on cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support implementation of Guidewire applications on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver digital-first insurance solutions
Customize and configure Guidewire modules using Gosu Java and Integration APIs
Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup DevOps practices and cloud deployment
Provide technical guidance on data migration performance tuning and security best practices
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter or ClaimCenter
Proficiency in Gosu scripting Java and Guidewire Studio
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform Kubernetes Docker and microservices
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
Understanding of insurance domain workflows and digital engagement models
Knowledge of Agile methodologies JIRA and Confluence
Preferred:
Guidewire certifications (e.g. PolicyCenter Developer Cloud Specialist)
Experience with Guidewire Digital Portals
Exposure to data analytics reporting tools or AI/ML integrations in insurance
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) Knowledge of GOSU programming language Understanding of Insurance domain workflows (P&C Insurance preferred) Experience with Guidewire Integration & Configuration Familiarity with Industry Cloud concepts and enterprise digital transformation Hands-on training & lab setup capabilities
