Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer (f/m/d) for one of our clients a fast-growing software scale-up that is redefining the ERP space with an AI-native SaaS platform. The company operates fully remotely within Germany with locations in Saxony and Berlin.
Their mission: to transform enterprise software into an intelligent AI-powered System of Work. You ll help build that future hands-on end-to-end and with the support of a modern AI-augmented development environment.
Join a remote-first product engineering team and build real product features across the full stack from PostgreSQL to React. Use AI tools to accelerate coding testing and deployment. Work closely with product teams and shape the user experience as much as the architecture behind it.
Tech Stack
Frontend: React (Hooks) TypeScript
Backend: Java (Spring Boot or Micronaut)
Databases: PostgreSQL MongoDB
DevOps: GitHub Actions (CI/CD) Docker
Testing: JUnit Jest Testing Library
AI Tools: Internal AI agents for codegen validation debugging
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Amazon RDS OpenID Connect or Power BI
Basic understanding of data infrastructure tools (e.g. DBT Exasol)
Requirements
3 6 years experience as a full stack engineer ideally in a SaaS/startup context
Strong in Java backend development (REST APIs data modeling)
Experienced with React/TypeScript in the frontend
Confident in PostgreSQL with NoSQL basics (MongoDB or similar)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Curious about or already using AI-powered dev tools
Based in Germany ideally in Saxony Berlin or the new federal states
