Job Description
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Trove Brands is actively seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate to join our International Marketing team.
This role will be responsible for supporting the management of our Brands and products internationally. This will include driving projects from inception to market launch conducting detailed analyses of the product line executing marketing strategies to drive sales and managing the creation of related marketing materials. Ideal candidates should have experience launching consumer products and working cross-functionally.
Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns in partnership with International Marketing Manager.
- Work cross-functionally on the launch and marketing of new products.
- Coordinate product lifecycle including PIPO planning and shepherding new products packaging and related assets end to end.
- Conduct market research monitor competitive activity and identify consumer needs.
- Derive insights from multiple sources of complex data.
- Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of target markets and opportunities and effectively communicate competitive advantages.
Qualifications :
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years professional experience (2 years in consumer marketing preferred)
- Smart and organized with a GSD (get stuff done) attitude. Capable of prioritizing and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously is a must.
- Team player capable of managing relationships across functional areas and clear communication across different languages and cultures.
- Process maven. Finds areas to improve internal processes and communication.
- Enthusiastic with a desire to prove themselves and explore product marketing.
- Experience working with data and interpreting results to drive decision-making.
- PC skills required including experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
