- Lead operational and strategic planning including fostering innovation planning projects and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
- Design deploy and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Teams OneDrive Intune and Security & Compliance features.
- Implement data loss prevention (DLP) information protection and conditional access policies to ensure secure access to Microsoft modern workplace solution within the organization.
- Collaborate with legal IT security and other relevant parties to understand and develop data retention and information protection policies to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 compliance solutions including data retention policies labeling and data loss prevention (DLP) for all M365 collaboration services including SharePoint Exchange and Teams.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Purview to ensure data governance and compliance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate compliance solutions with existing systems and workflows.
- Benchmark analyze report on and make recommendations for the improvement Office 365 suite and other systems.
- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends experiment with and learn new technologies participate in internal & external technology communities and mentor junior team members
Qualifications :
- The ideal applicant should have bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or more than 5 years of experience in related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration suite.
- Proficient in PowerShell and able to integrate with Azure AD handle bulk updates across Office 365 services manage Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams configurations and automate administrative tasks.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in cloud computing and cyber security.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks preferred
- Microsoft certifications related to above areas
