Job Description

Starting Rate of pay: $ 18.00/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: Nightshift
5:50pm-6am
Shift Premium: $2.00/hour extra for shift differential
Bonus: Monthly Profit Sharing
Job Responsibilities:
- Be able to navigate and understand AS 400system.
- Follow packaging instructions according to unique customer specifications.
- Lift and pack aluminum parts individually and with a partner.
- Use measurement tools and visual inspection to verify quality of parts.
- Finishes tasks in a timely manner to meet productivity goals.
- Work closely with Packaging team members and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required. Some manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic computer application skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
