Job Description

Description

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing office and building services. This role includes ensuring functioning and efficient facilities operations supervising the set up and organization of new files managing reception and managing mail services. This role also acts as a liaison for information technology services and coordinates with the technology team to ensure efficient technology services and lead key cyber security initiatives.



Requirements

This role includes supervisory responsibilities over the operations team that includes but is not limited to facilities mail services record keeping and reception personnel.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee facilities operations safety compliance quality control and ensure functioning and efficient building services
  • Manager reception and mail services
  • Supervise record keeping of client files
  • Act as a primary information source for the operations team mentoring training and developing staff
  • Lead communication with technology team to ensure efficient technology services
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an office environment with prior supervisory experience
  • Law firm experience is a plus
