Job Title: Extinguisher Sales Manager

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Extinguisher Sales Manager. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer the Extinguisher Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of all aspects of the extinguisher sales side of the business company-wide.

This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus on sales of new fire extinguishers and service work in existing and new accounts . It also requires travel to branch office locations jobsites and customer facilities

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire sales operations of the extinguisher department within the organization.
  • Working with the operations team to ensure sold work can be executed
  • Identify opportunities for department growth to improve efficiency and implement new strategies.
  • A drive to sell and grow the extinguisher business.
  • Work with the extinguisher field supervisors to guide management techniques.
  • Ensure all fire extinguisher systems sold meet local state and national regulations including NFPA standards.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to conduct job site visits.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Extinguisher Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the extinguisher sales department in the organization.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.   • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelors Degree Business or related field is a plus.
  • 7 years fire protection experience specifically extinguishers is required.
  • 5 years of business-to-business sales is required.
  • Knowledge of NFPA guidelines is required.
  • Experience of managing a team is required.
  • Ability to travel is required.

Computer Skills:

  • Computer Skills: Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint).
