Job Description
Were looking for friendly energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to provide exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. If you have a team-player attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment wed love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Present menus explain specials and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver orders efficiently and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle payments and process transactions correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
- 2 year of previous serving experience in a high volume restaurant is a must to be successful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
- A passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
