Who We Are
KIPP SoCal Public Schools is a nonprofit organization that operates 20 tuition-free open-enrollment charter public schools within 17 Local Education Agencies (LEA) educating more than 10000 students and supporting 8300 alumni to and through college and beyond. Our award winning schools are part of the national KIPP (Knowledge Is Power Program) network dedicated to meeting the needs of all learners and providing the social emotional and academic support for success in high school college and life.

We persevere through obstacles and treat failure as an opportunity to learn and grow.
The role:
The Assistant School Leader role is an instructional staff and manager position. The job is to support the school in driving academic and character outcomes for students as a key member of the schools leadership team. This position leads both instruction and school culture. The position will work in conjunction with the School Leader and other members of the school leadership team to invest a team of mission-driven educators to execute on the necessary components to meet the vision of the school.
