Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with in vitro assays and a strong foundation in biology or biochemistry. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful research in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-throughput in vitro assays to evaluate and characterize biotherapeutic candidates.
- Support analytical workflows and contribute to assay development and optimization.
- Process and analyze experimental data; maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional project teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation including biosensors and automation platforms
Qualifications :
- BS in Biology Biochemistry or a related field.
- 12 years of laboratory experience in early drug discovery or a similar research setting.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis reporting and laboratory documentation.
- Experience with biosensor instrumentation and laboratory automation.
- Familiarity with high-throughput screening platforms and assay development.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:
- 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
- 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
- 60 Minute Site Visit to Meet the Team
Additional Details:
The position is full-time first shift Monday-Friday. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cambridge MA are encouraged to apply.
