Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with in vitro assays and a strong foundation in biology or biochemistry. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful research in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-throughput in vitro assays to evaluate and characterize biotherapeutic candidates.
  • Support analytical workflows and contribute to assay development and optimization.
  • Process and analyze experimental data; maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional project teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation including biosensors and automation platforms 

Qualifications :

  • BS in Biology Biochemistry or a related field.
  • 12 years of laboratory experience in early drug discovery or a similar research setting.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis reporting and laboratory documentation.
  • Experience with biosensor instrumentation and laboratory automation.
  • Familiarity with high-throughput screening platforms and assay development.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship


Additional Information :

What to Expect in the Hiring Process: 

  • 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
  • 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
  • 60 Minute Site Visit to Meet the Team 

Additional Details: 

The position is full-time first shift Monday-Friday. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cambridge MA are encouraged to apply.
