Job Description
We are expanding our Application Software Team to accelerate the development of clinical devices like the CliniMACS Prodigy by establishing a new group focused on Application Software lifecycle management and verification.
- With your team you will play a key role in verifying application software commands and procedures ensuring high reliability and performance.
- As the group leader you will be responsible for both the technical direction and disciplinary leadership of your team.
- Your responsibilities will include handling software complaints implementing bug fixes and supporting Software lifecycle management activities for our clinical devices.
- Documentation of your activities according to design control guidelines and standards
- Your group ensures the robustness compliance and high quality of application software systems.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Science Biomedical Engineering Biotechnology or a related field and several years of professional experience in the medical device healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience in either a disciplinary or technical capacity with strong team management and communication skills
- Expertise in software verification and laboratory automation within regulated environments
- Solid knowledge of (IEC 62304 and DIN EN ISO 13485) Knowledge in object-oriented programming preferably Java or C is a plus ideally with a focus on embedded systems
- Fluency in English German language skills are a plus
