Job Description

  • Operate Granulation Equipment:

    • Set up operate and monitor granulation machinery (e.g. high-shear mixer fluid bed dryer oscillating granulator).

    • Ensure machines are functioning efficiently and safely during production runs.

  • Batch Processing:

    • Follow approved batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for granulation.

    • Accurately weigh and mix raw materials as per specified formulation.

  • Process Monitoring & Control:

    • Monitor critical process parameters (e.g. temperature mixing time moisture content).

    • Adjust machine settings as required to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Quality Assurance Support:

    • Collect and label in-process samples for quality control testing.

    • Report any process deviations or non-conformities to the supervisor or quality assurance team immediately.

  • Cleaning & Maintenance:

    • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment before and after batch production (CIP/SIP if applicable).

    • Conduct minor maintenance and troubleshoot common mechanical issues.
