Junior IT Support Specialist (Retail Industry)

ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist for a permanent full-time position.
Our client is a well-established company in the retail sector with an international presence and a strong footprint in the Greek market.
Location: thensSouth Sector
Working Model: Onsite (Hybrid working-flexibility)
You will be reporting to: CIO
What will you do:
The person in this role will be actively involved in supporting and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure ensuring seamless operations across hardware software and network services.
More specifically:
Provide user support for hardware software and IT services
Monitor and assist with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments
Troubleshoot basic network issues (Routing Switching Firewalls)
Log and resolve incidents via the internal ticketing system
Collaborate with the IT team on various technical projects and upgrades
Maintain and support peripherals (e.g. printers scanners)
Requirements
What we are looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or similar role
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services
Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP Routing Switching Firewalls)
Excellent command of Greek and good command of English
Strong team spirit problem-solving mindset and time management
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
