Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Team Member youll play a key role in delivering friendly professional service to our guests across various food service points breakfast bar and evening snack offers.
You will:
- Prepare the dining and service areas ensuring a welcoming setup
- Take and process guest orders using the POS system
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar dining room and public areas
- Assist with Breakfast Service
- Engage guests proactively upselling when appropriate
- Support the kitchen and reception teams during busy periods
- Be flexible and available for last-minute shift cover
This casual contract is ideal for individuals living locally with flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings late evenings weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly approachable and proactive attitude
- Enjoys working in a guest-facing environment
- Can remain calm under pressure and multitask
- Understands the importance of hygiene and food safety
- Can communicate effectively in English (other languages a plus)
- Is eligible to work in the UK
- Lives nearby or can commute easily on short notice
Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is welcome but not required full training will be provided.
