Great opportunity for a Community Manager to join our Customer Services team. This is a hybrid role based in either our Exeter Bristol or Redhill office. You will join on a salary of up to 35000 plus benefits.
The role
As Community Manager you will be responsible for preparing materials for the Independent Customer Challenge Group the WaterShare Advisory Panel. You will be communicating complex regulatory information business performance and customer research to the group of external stakeholders in a clear and accessible way. You will be liaising with senior managers across Bristol Water SES and South West Water to gather the information and ensure its prepared and presented in line with the agreed schedule of meetings.
This is a great opportunity as you will also to lead on our Better Futures programme - Our 5 million Better Futures Programme supports individuals and the community helping to reduce hardship and benefit people and places throughout the region.
