Were looking for a data-savvy process-oriented and strategic leader to join our growing team as Director of Revenue Operations to help build the systems and insights that will power the next chapter of our growth.
What Youll Do
Process Optimization & Systems
- Design and scale tech-enabled revenue workflows supporting Sell to Clutch acquisitions retail sales dealer transactions and post-sale experience.
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) tech stack including HubSpot CRM ensuring best-in-class configuration automation and data governance across the revenue funnel.
- Champion the use of revenue intelligence and coaching tools (e.g. Gong) to surface insights improve rep performance and drive consistency in messaging and execution.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to design and integrate internal systems that enhance team productivity and unlock operational leverage.
Define and implement SLAs handoff protocols and process documentation that promote alignment and accountability across GTM functions.
Revenue Forecasting & Analysis
- Own and evolve the end-to-end revenue forecasting model across multiple business lines (Sell to Clutch acquisitions retail sales dealer-to-dealer transactions and post-sale customer experience).
- Deliver accurate forecasts and scenario modeling to guide executive decision-making.
- Analyze historical performance variances and trends to surface insights and identify risks.
- Present insights weekly to cross-functional leadership highlighting performance drivers and risks.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team specializing in systems analytics and enablement.
- Set clear objectives provide coaching and promote a culture of experimentation and agility.
What Were Looking For
- 810 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations ideally in e-commerce or high-velocity consumer-facing environments.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM including workflow automation reporting and integrations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting modeling and revenue analytics.
- Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives and leading through influence across teams.
- Excellent communicator who can distill complexity into clarity for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Strong team leadership skills; experienced in building and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced data-driven culture.
- A builders mindsetwilling and able to roll up your sleeves and execute work directly when needed especially in moments of ambiguity or scale-up.

- Experience operating in a Series C or Series D startup environment where growth ambiguity and pace go hand-in-hand.
