We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Employment Services department and assist clients in achieving their employment and training goals.
Under the direction of the Employment Training and Income Assistance Department Manager the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support including answering phones booking appointments file management and performing other clerical duties. The successful candidate will provide exceptional courteous and professional customer service to clients from diverse backgrounds and engage in community relations activities to support clients and the departments goals.
This is a 6 week term contract.
