Were hiring a Field Service Technician whos ready to transition from the shop floor to a nationwide service role working with advanced automation systems. Youll travel across the U.S. installing maintaining and troubleshooting electromechanical equipment used in fast-paced compliance-driven manufacturing environments.
This role is ideal for an auto or diesel tech whos mechanically sharp comfortable with electrical systems and looking for a hands-on role with variety independence and a clear path for advancement.
Travel to customer sites (9095% of the time) to install and service automated labeling and vision inspection systems
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical (AC/DC) and pneumatic systems
Interface with sensors motors and programmable controllers (PLCs)
Conduct preventative maintenance and field upgrades
Document service reports recommend spare parts and log time/expenses
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for remote troubleshooting support
Serve as the front-line representative of a highly respected product and service brand
2 years of hands-on experience in automotive diesel or mechanical repair
Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting
Familiarity with tools such as multimeters torque wrenches and diagnostics equipment
Comfortable learning new technologies software and system interfaces
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid drivers license and ability to travel nationally (passport eligibility preferred)
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Exposure to sensors PLCs or control systems
Basic knowledge of industrial equipment or automation systems
Military or field-based mechanical/electrical service experience
Experience with barcode vision or inspection systems
