As a Level 2 Network Administrator at Datadog youll play a key role in supporting and scaling our office network infrastructure across global locations. Youll be responsible for maintaining reliable and secure LAN/WLAN connectivity managing Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist environments and responding to escalated network issues. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in cloud-managed networking while contributing to automation documentation and long-term infrastructure planning.

What Youll Do:
- Provision configure and support network hardware such as switches access points and security appliances via Meraki Dashboard and Mist Cloud.
- Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure across multiple locations including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist environments.
- Perform network health checks and optimize performance including firmware updates policy tuning and wireless coverage analysis using Meraki and Mist tools.
Who You Are:
- 35 years of experience managing enterprise LAN/WLAN networks using Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist platforms including configuration and troubleshooting via their cloud dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including IP addressing VLANs DHCP DNS NAT and routing protocols.
- Working knowledge of network security best practices such as segmentation firewall rules and device access controls.
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
