ABOUT US:
The Jonus Group is a specialized insurance staffing firm that connects top talent with industry-leading clients. We are seeking an experienced Director of Complianceto join our clients team in Atlanta GA. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a company that is a leader in the auto insurance space. Must have in-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance regulations including but not limited to state insurance codes NAIC standards and applicable federal regulations (e.g. GLBA HIPAA TCPA). Ideal candidate has Carrier or regulatory experience in the auto P&C space.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the Compliance Program to ensure adherence to federal state and local regulations governing property and casualty insurance.
Monitor evolving regulatory requirements related to property and casualty insurance and advise Senior Leadership on regulatory changes risks and the impact of new laws or rules.
Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and establish effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance risks are assessed across all areas of operations including product underwriting claims and distribution channels.
Research applicable laws and develop and maintain policies procedures and controls to minimize compliance risks across all business lines.

$125000-$165000/year based on experience
Quarterly bonus
