Description of the role:
The Automotive Express/Lube Tech at Friendly Acura of Middletown will be responsible for executing vehicle maintenance services efficiently while focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for working in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes tire rotations and other routine automotive maintenance services
- Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and report findings to the service advisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an automotive technician or lube tech preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Must be technology savvy and do video MPIs on every vehicle
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
