Job Summary:
Step behind the bar and into the heart of the action! As a Seasonal Bartender youll be mixing drinks making memories and fueling the fun at every turn. If you thrive in lively atmospheres love connecting with people and have a knack for crafting the perfect cocktail this is your invitation to be part of an unforgettable event season where every shift brings new energy and excitement.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft Memorable Moments:Prepare and serve a wide range of drinksfrom signature event cocktails to timeless classics and creative mocktailsalways with flair and precision.
- Be the Life of the Party:Engage guests with a friendly approachable attitude making everyone feel welcome in our world of entertainment.
- Master the Mix:Recommend drink selections upsell event specials and share your knowledge of our unique beverage offerings.
- Cashier with Confidence:Handle cash and card transactions using our point-of-sale system balance your drawer and ensure every transaction is smooth and accurate.
- Keep It Spooky Clean:Maintain a spotless organized bar areabecause a clean bar is a happy bar.
- Safety First:Check IDs monitor for intoxication and follow all legal and company guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Team Player:Collaborate with fellow bartenders servers and event staff to deliver seamless top-tier service throughout the event.
- Restock and Reload:Keep the bar fully stocked and ready for action anticipating needs before they arise.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Personality:Outgoing energetic and ready to bring the funour events are anything but ordinary!
- Responsibility:Must be 21 with a commitment to responsible alcohol service (TIPS or similar certification a plus).
- Skills:Strong customer service communication and basic math skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Stamina:Able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Teamwork:A collaborative spirit whos always ready to jump in and help.
- Attention to Detail:From presentation to payment you take pride in getting it right.
- Adaptability:Ready to roll with the unexpected and keep the energy high no matter what the night brings.
