THE ROLE
The Power Projects Teamis experiencing significant growth presenting an exciting opportunity for you to join or step up as aSenior Protection & Control Tester. Located in ourDandenong officeas part of a team you will be responsible for the required technical support and advice on all testing and commissioning on critical HV substations across Metro Victoria.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Creation and coordination of testing & commissioning activities.
- Estimating the most efficient and safe approach to commission assets in line with scope and project requirements.
- Provide diagnostic testing and maintenance services for a wide variety of electrical protection and control relays and equipment.
- Preparation of all necessary documentation during the feasibility or tendering stage
- Effectively and efficiently controls secondary electrical and SCADA apparatus at the site while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
ABOUT YOU
- Advanced Diploma in Power Systems or similar.
- Demonstrated technical expertise including fault finding of secondary systems and experience working across power systems.
