The Department
The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) department sits within the CIS sub-division and is a key part of Alfred Healths Digital Health Division. It manages the performance optimisation and support of the enterprise Clinical Information Systems including Oracle Healths Cerner Millennium EMR Dedaluss Patient Administration System (PAS) and associated systems ensuring that they effectively meet the evolving needs of clinical workflows and operational objectives. The department collaborates closely with clinical administrative and technical teams to deliver solutions that enhance patient outcomes streamline processes and improve system usability.
The Position
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Specialist to join our Digital Health team at Alfred Health. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare applications who is passionate about supporting frontline clinical services through technology. You will play a pivotal role in configuring optimising and supporting Alfred Healths EMR PAS and related systems ensuring they meet evolving clinical and operational needs.
