Position : Project Manager / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Work Hours (Client) : 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time 1-hour lunch 12-1 PM)
Pay Range : $1000 - $1500 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to coordinate the end-to-end installation of Hosted VoIP Telephone Systems and provide exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. This role combines project coordination customer service and operational support to ensure a seamless installation experience from start to finish.
Project Coordination & Installation:
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of Hosted VoIP Telephone Systems.
- Schedule and lead Program and Design/Survey meetings with customers.
- Open and manage work orders for new installations.
- Fill in program information complete required documentation and prepare designation labels.
- Schedule installations and training sessions maintaining communication with customers and technicians throughout the process.
- Follow up with customers and technicians post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
- Close work orders and verify that full payment has been received or that payment terms are in place.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Enter customer data into CRM systems and open service orders.
- Contact customers for coordination gather network information and address concerns as needed.
- Maintain clear and professional static email communication using templates.
- Take service calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
- Answer calls from the Service Queue promptly and enter work orders accordingly.
Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with sales staff and serve as a liaison between Sales and Operations teams.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Maintain ongoing communication with outside Telco coordinators to ensure timely installation and accurate service delivery.
Order Processing:
- Process NTI Telco and Hosted sales orders.
- Manage orders for internet service installations SIP trunks Hosted service portals porting and customer relocations.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain a detailed weekly status report submitted every Friday.
- Stay current with NTI certifications required for vendor support and relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3 years of related experience
Industry:
- Previous experience in project management customer service or telecom/VoIP coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service order management.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
