Basic Job Functions:
Responsibilites for the Machine Operator include but are not limited to:
- Perform the startup and shutdown procedures for the assigned production line area.
- Perform all of the following tasks: milling turning drilling taping de-burring molding and all bench operations.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance duties.
- Report any malfunctions or abnormalities with equipment to the maintenance team.
- Complete reports and answer inquiries as requested or assigned.
- Accurately record all material usage.
- Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent attendance and safety record.
- Knowledge of basic machine functions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products specifically Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a production environment.
- Open communication.
- Understanding of machine setup and tear down.
- Use of HMIs.
- Overhead crane experience.
- Basic understanding of automation.
Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
