What Youll Do
- Run commercial roofing projects from kick off to closeout
- Coordinate subs vendors and crews to hit deadlines and budgets
- Review contracts scopes and submittals and hold everyone accountable
- Report financials and manage material procurement
- Maintain strong client relationships and secure repeat business
What you need
- 3 years of construction or roofing experience
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems
- Confident communicator who can lead teams and talk to clients
