The Helen Winslow Ray House Residential Program with a capacity of eight residents provides trauma-informed treatment and support services to adults living with mental illness. Through an integrated health model of care the Helen Winslow Ray House program recognizes the unique needs of each resident seeks creative ways to offer a variety of empowering experiences and connections to the community and works to provide an environment where clients can maintain individuality and dignity.
This Program Coordinator position provides system support to all direct care positions to meet and maintain highest standard of client care. This is an assistant management position of a clinical and administrative nature. This position contributes to the accomplishment of the Agencys mission through assisting the Director in program oversight and providing some leadership to program direct service workers.
This position attends weekly program staff meetings and participates in other meetings as necessary.
This is a supervisory position and work is performed reviewed and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director.
Schedule: This is a full-time 40hours/week position
Location: Onsite in South Portland ME
