Responsibilities:
- Welcome and Greet Clients: Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients visiting the showroom ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
- Phone Management: Serve as the main point of contact for phone inquiries related to warranties projects and orders delivering prompt and accurate information.
- Customer Correspondence: Handle communication with customers regarding showroom events pickup times and installation details.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling of deliveries and appointments coordinating effectively with warehouse and sales teams.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of builders and designers ensuring accurate and current information.
