The ideal candidate will reside in or around Californias San Francisco Bay Area.
Benefits and Travel:
Field Service Engineers (FSEs) are remote colleagues since they commute daily to customer sites to provide service. FSEs are provided with a Company (Fleet) vehicle to allow for daily travel to multiple customer locations in their defined service area. Overnight travel of approximately 10% is required to service customers and participate in training programs.
You will handle various aspects of field service support and customer relationships within our Laboratory Equipment (LE) division. You will provide sophisticated services on laboratory equipment including the following:
Repair install and maintain various laboratory equipment products including temperature monitoring incubators centrifuges refrigerators freezers and cryogenic storage.
Work directly with customers to schedule visits address their concerns and provide reassurance while resolving their problems.
Completing learning assignments on time reading procedures submitting expense reports and maintaining spare part inventory.
High school diploma or equivalent require. Associate degree from technical school a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $27.91$41.86.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
