For Change management services in the manufacturing area.

The Technical Part:
- Bachelor in Life Science or Engineering with two (2) years of experience in a biopharmaceutical regulated Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Change management process.
- OneTrack software.
- Generate a change plan document in a cross-functional team environment
- Support the generation of validation-related documentation.

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of capital construction projects.
- Identify and assess the impact of changes on stakeholders processes and systems.
- Collaborate with project teams site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.
- Design and deliver clear consistent and targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new processes systems and facilities.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after project implementation.
- Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure all change management activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities including impact assessments communication plans and training materials.
