Job Description

For Change management services in the manufacturing area.

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor in Life Science or Engineering with two (2) years of experience in a biopharmaceutical regulated Industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Experience in:
    • Change management process.
    • OneTrack software.
    • Generate a change plan document in a cross-functional team environment
    • Support the generation of validation-related documentation.

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of capital construction projects.
  • Identify and assess the impact of changes on stakeholders processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.
  • Design and deliver clear consistent and targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new processes systems and facilities.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after project implementation.
  • Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives addressing issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all change management activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities including impact assessments communication plans and training materials.
