Within the Chief Information Security Office division (CISO) we are looking for a Head of Portfolio Support Office. In this role you will report to the CISO Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Tribe.

Within the Chief Information Security Office division (CISO) the CISO Portfolio Management team is seeking a highly motivated and content-oriented Head of Portfolio Support Office to join our dynamic team.
As a Head of Portfolio Support Office you will play a crucial role in supporting the transformational change within the CISO division and ensure delivery of security capabilities. In this role you will report to the CISO Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Tribe.
Mission
Monitor execution of the CISO programme & epics. Evaluate the ability to deliver in line with commitments.
Collaborate with Tribes to deliver the roadmap and support them in triggering remediation actions when required.
Report on portfolio status in a fully transparent way.
Ensure that budget consumption remain within the authorised limits.
Drive the management by value of the portfolio.
Be the guardian of portfolio quality including adherence to methodology and governance principles.
Manage portfolio-level risks issues and dependencies.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the portfolio strategy and delivery plan.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for management of change both in the team and in the division
Your activities
- Lead a team of senior portfolio officers in reaching the objectives
- Proactively monitor the delivery of CISO epics detect potential issues as soon as possible and implement mitigation actions
- Provide full transparency to senior management about the state of affairs
- Attest quality expectation are met at stage gates
- Review financials and ensure that they remains within the authorised amount
- Steer prioritisation decisions in the portfolio based on value
- Propose and lead arbitrage decisions when choices need to be made based on budget or capacity
- Identify potential challenges in execution arising from capacity planning (demand/supply)
- Drive the translation of the information strategy into a delivery roadmap and propose relative priorities
- Perform sense check of the adequacy between the scope and the expected value
- Be a key contributor to the Epic Delivery Owners community of practice both taking input and steering the community on quality expectations
- Actively participate to steering committees of epics
- Connect with other portfolio offices in the firm on practices sharing expertise and together develop improvements opportunities
- Identify and define mitigation actions addressing transversal risks
- Lead specific analysis as mandated by Management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project and program management preferably within a cyber security or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing a team
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in building messages for Senior Management
Knowledge in the following areas is a benefit:
- IT organizations security aspects teams and projects
- PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and understanding of project management
- Experience in providing service to internal stakeholders
- Familiarized with planning tools like MS Project
- General knowledge of Cyber Security domains
